  1. To execute and perform the contract between you and Buddy Guard for platform use.
    This includes data processing necessary for actions such as registration, account creation, profile deactivation, blocking, logging in, and other functionalities provided via the platform's website (www.buddyguard.bg) and mobile application.

  2. To protect and enforce the legitimate interests of Buddy Guard, other platform users, or third parties.
    This includes resolving technical issues, ensuring security, preventing illegal activities, and providing assistance in disputes or legal proceedings.

  • Platform Usage Data: IP address, profile ID, logs of account activities (e.g., registration, login attempts, consents), location data, and browser/device details.

  • Video Surveillance Data: Images captured during real-time video monitoring (not stored or processed further).

  • Cookies: As necessary for platform functionality.

You are obligated to provide specific data as required to use the platform's features. Other data is optional and may be provided at your discretion.

Buddy Guard does not process special categories of sensitive data, such as information about your race, political views, religious beliefs, health, or sexual orientation. Sharing such data is at your own risk, and Buddy Guard cannot guarantee its protection.
